Are the products original?
The shop should buy only from authorised distributors. Every pack shows the batch number and expiry date; ask to see it before you pay. (Sample answer: the shop will confirm its sourcing.)
Can I reserve a product and pick it up?
Yes. Add items to your beauty bag and send the list on WhatsApp. The shop confirms stock and keeps it aside for you.
Do you help find my shade?
Yes. Come in daylight hours and the team will help you test foundation and lipstick shades on your skin.
Do you make wedding and return-gift boxes?
Yes. Bride kits, guest kits and Haldi-Kunku boxes, in any quantity. Message the shop a few days ahead for bulk orders.
Is home delivery available?
To confirm with the shop. Many customers reserve on WhatsApp and pick up from the 1st floor, Highway Center.
How do I pay?
To confirm: cash, UPI and cards are common in the store.
Where exactly is the shop?
1st floor, Highway Center, Shirur. Take the stairs or lift to the first floor.
Can I return or exchange?
Sample policy: unopened, unused items with the bill within 7 days. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The shop will confirm.
